Monday, December 8
Additionally, the following is a message from the Black Student Alliance student leadership:
On behalf of the Black Student Alliance, I would like to invite you all to join us in solidarity on Monday, December 8th, 2014 for the lives lost in the recent tragedies that have occurred in our country.
We will meet outside the main entrance of the Pryz at 9:30pm and the Vigil will begin at 9:45pm as we walk silently to St. Vincent's Chapel.
Your attendance will be greatly appreciated and if you have any comments or concerns, please contact Camille Sanchez, Vice President of BSA, at email@example.com.
Spotlight on a Country
Each month, Dining Services will partner with a student or group of students to create a food item for lunch that is native to the students' country/culture--to be served in the Student Restaurant.
Interested? Here's how you can participate:
*Email Emily Lucio at firstname.lastname@example.org and give her your name (and up to three friends if you have a group), your country, and the month you would like to participate
Take advantage of this unique opportunity to work on a menu, help prepare the food, serve your fellow students, and educate the community about your country and culture!
